Tonight sees the return of Twin Peaks, 25 years since it's left our TVs. It's one of my all time favourite shows and I'm chuffed to bits it's back. There's never been a show like it before or since and it's blend of surrealism, soap opera and unsettling horror is unmatched. I wanted to celebrate the show's return with an illustration and I thought something combining Agent Cooper and Bob would be cool. Check it out below and let me know what you think. I'm often asked how I make my portraits. Some people think they're paintings when they first see them and then I reveal that my style mixes up illustration with elements of collage and lots of cutting and pasting, using lots of paper, card, pens, pencils and glue. There's very little digital stuff - just scanning them in and getting them print ready.
